We collect data necessary for the "Legitimate Use" of our marketplace:
- Identity Data: Name, date of birth (to verify age-restricted eligibility), gender, and photographs.
- Contact Data: Phone numbers, email addresses, and home/service addresses.
- Verification Data: Aadhaar details and professional council IDs (for doctors, lawyers, etc.) for due diligence.
- Transaction Data: UPI IDs and limited payment history. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, location data, device ID, and platform interaction logs.
- Communication Logs: Chat history and recorded calls via the Mygigy app.
